Smoking is prohibited inside the building, including on the balcony. Please use the smoking area next to the building, in front of the mailbox.

As the neighborhood is a residential area, please be quiet between 9pm and 8am.

Please help us by separating your garbage. Separate garbage bins are provided in the kitchen.

Please feel free to use the kitchen utensils and tableware. After use, please wash them and return them to their original place.

To prevent accidents, please turn off the air conditioner and lights when going out.

Please keep your valuables safe and secure. We cannot guarantee against loss or theft. Thank you for your understanding.

Check-out is at 10am.

Please check that you have not left anything behind and then lock the building.

Please do not wear shoes inside the building. Please use the slippers provided in the shoe locker at the entrance to the dirt floor area on the first floor. Please use the sandals provided on the balcony.

Please refrain from taking away any provided items, tableware, utensils, toilet paper, shampoo, or towels.

Please eat and drink in the living room and kitchen on the first floor. You can eat and drink on the balcony, but please be careful when carrying your food.

If an accident occurs due to eating or drinking in a place other than the above, we may charge you a separate cleaning fee.

Please refrain from bringing pets into the rooms.

Please do not touch the balcony railing .
